Captain Aaron is the heart and soul behind BluSol Charters — a seasoned mariner, adventurer, and local Key West captain who lives for creating unforgettable days on the water. After years of exploring and sailing throughout Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean, he now brings that experience home to the turquoise waters of the Florida Keys.
Captain Aaron is the kind of person who believes life is meant to be lived fully—on the water, in the sun, and surrounded by good people. Based in Key West, he has built his life around adventure, hospitality, and creating unforgettable moments for others. What started as a passion for the ocean turned into a career captaining private charters and hosting guests from all over the world. Aaron quickly became known for delivering more than just a boat trip—he creates experiences. Whether it's cruising turquoise waters, snorkeling vibrant reefs, watching dolphins play at sunset, or simply anchoring at a perfect sandbar with great music and even better company, every trip is designed to feel effortless and memorable.
Aaron’s style is relaxed but intentional. He believes luxury isn't about being formal—it's about comfort, freedom, and feeling completely present in the moment. His goal with BluSol is simple: help people disconnect from the ordinary and step into something extraordinary.

Captain Zack
Captain Zack
A former New York dreamer turned Keys waterman, Captain Zack’s story starts where the tide meets imagination. Growing up along the shores, he spent his early years immersed in the ocean—waking to the sound of waves and captivated by stories of pirates and lost treasure, especially the stories of Captain Kidd. Those tales sparked a lifelong curiosity that naturally led him beneath the surface and into a passion for scuba diving.
In 2015, Zack followed that pull south to the Florida Keys, chasing both a dream and a lifestyle built around the water. Since then, he’s built extensive experience running fast powerboats, combining skill, awareness, and a deep respect for the ocean.
Today, Captain Zack brings that same adventurous spirit to every charter—whether it’s exploring reefs, cruising crystal-clear waters, or simply sharing the kind of day on the water that made him fall in love with it in the first place.
Captain Dolby
Captain Dolby
Growing up in a family of sailors, Captain Matt Dolby developed a deep respect for the sea at an early age. What began as childhood days learning wind, weather, and seamanship quickly evolved into a lifelong maritime career. He has sailed extensively throughout the U.S. East Coast, the Chesapeake Bay, Florida Keys, The Bahamas, and the Caribbean, and has owned and operated several sailboats of his own.
Dolby currently holds a USCG 100 Ton Master’s License with Sailing Endorsement and is known for his calm leadership, strong boat handling, and genuine dedication to his guests’ safety and comfort. He currently runs day sails, term charters, owner trainings, sailing instruction, and vessel deliveries across multiple reputable charter companies.
In addition to skippering, Dolby is expanding his maritime versatility by training under a master marine engineer to deepen his knowledge of yacht systems and maintenance. Dolby has a welcoming, down-to-earth personality and makes guests feel at ease the moment they step aboard.

Captain Chase
Captain Chase is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast whose passion for the water began on the lakes and rivers of his home state of Oklahoma. With over a decade of experience in outdoor education, he brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to every charter.
Since making Key West home in 2017, Chase has developed a deep appreciation for the local marine ecosystem. He’s known for sharing his insight on marine life while creating a fun, laid-back experience for guests on board. A strong advocate for clean water and sustainability, he takes pride in protecting the environment he loves to explore.
When he’s not at the helm, you’ll likely find Chase chasing his next adventure around the Keys with his mini Aussie, Piper, never too far from the water
